Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Work From Home, you'll be the voice of blithequark, delivering personalized, empathetic, and effective solutions to our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, from billing and technical issues to sales and product information. Your expertise will help resolve complex customer concerns, drive sales growth, and foster loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing timely and effective resolutions to complex issues

  • Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, including voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and collections, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products, services, rate plans, feature bundles, and offers to provide best solution options and resolve customer issues
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technology, products, and services
  • Work collaboratively with management and peers to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

What You'll Need

* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment

  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills and proficiency in using computer software and systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Occasional overtime may be required

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience

  • Advanced knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Experience with sales and sales-related activities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools

Compensation and Benefits
