Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Math Instructor / Tutor II, you'll be responsible for:

• Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
• Collaborating with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• A willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method and curriculum
• The ability to balance various ongoing tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• A minimum of a College Sophomore standing
• 1-3 years of experience working in a tutoring, teaching, or mentoring role
• The ability to teach effectively through Pre-Calculus
• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check
