  • Document and track contacts with clients, providers, and plan supporters
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and requirements
  • Provide client-related information to answer unasked questions, including extra plan details, benefit plan details, and member self-service tools
  • Explain client rights and certain limitations as per contract
  • Takes responsibility to understand the client's needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the client
  • Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Client support experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion
  • Experience in a production environment
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Availability to work second or third shift, with a commitment to either schedule
