Key Responsibilities

As a Client Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information
  • Ensuring the accuracy of client profile information, including contact details, billing information, and other relevant data
  • Processing online bidder approvals effectively, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests
  • Updating client information, generating reports, and managing shipping instruction requests, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams
  • Maintaining and organizing mailing list data entries, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Handling bidder/show cards and confirming sales tax details from bidder cards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Managing client survey responses, analyzing feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the client experience
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, with experience in data entry and management
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy
  • A positive attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
