Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack IT Support Specialist to join our team as a remote technical assistance and network management specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our clients and end-users, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide remote technical assistance to clients and end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot IT-related problems, identifying and addressing root causes to prevent future occurrences.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving, fostering positive client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain software applications, ensuring optimal performance and security, and documenting all changes and updates.
  • Network Management: Assist in managing and monitoring network infrastructure, identifying and addressing network issues, and ensuring the security and integrity of our network.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support requests, solutions, and configurations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation for future reference.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software, including operating systems, network protocols, and software applications.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Remote Support Tools: Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques, including remote desktop software and online collaboration platforms.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification: Certification in IT-related fields, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA, is a plus.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
  • Experience with Network Security: Experience with network security, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems, is a plus.
