We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Security Analyst to join our team as a Threat Intelligence and Incident Response Specialist. Job Details

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Analyst to join our team. As a Threat Intelligence and Incident Response Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect knowledge to foster understanding of followed threat activity
  • Perform key, strategic, and functional research and analysis of malicious digital threats and groups
  • Assess current and emerging tools and best-practices for tracking high-level threats, tools, strategies, and tactics (TTPs) of attacker's motivations, industry, and attacker patterns
  • Plan and deliver briefings and reports to the client's executives, security team, or individual experts
  • Present strategic and critical insight about threat groups, the philosophies they use, and the motivations driving their movement and convey the significance of findings for various audiences

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, cybersecurity, information assurance)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a Digital Threat Intelligence (DTI) team in a client-facing environment
  • Experience in CTI approaches and applications in one of the following areas: Identify, Secure, Answer, or Recover
  • US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of advanced (specialized) CTI within a functional environment, supporting detection, recognition, and response capabilities
  • Understanding of CTI techniques and application concepts, with the ability to advise and guide new CTI colleagues
  • Ability to convert raw insight from sensors, incident response engagement, and other sources into reports and briefings
  • Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments
