Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

  • Willingness to acquire a life/health insurance license, if not already held (and we can provide support and guidance)

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
