Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Collaborate with our outsourced call center partners to ensure seamless customer experiences, providing training and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our call center partners, ensuring that all customer service operations are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our customer service team to resolve complex customer issues, providing guidance and support as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry and customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, call center partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
