Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, individualized nursing care to patients. You will work collaboratively with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Providing care across the continuum, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Ensuring comprehensive patient assessment and education.
• Participating in the planning and coordination of care, along with various nursing interventions.

Adhere to the scope and standards of nursing practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state where you are licensed. Our facility promotes the guidelines established by the American Nurses Association to maintain the highest standards in nursing care delivery.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A degree from an accredited nursing program is required; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• An unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing where you will practice; multistate licensure is preferred if applicable.
• Commitment to obtaining and maintaining required department-specific competencies and certifications.
