Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple interactions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience working in a remote or call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
