This is a full remote job, available to candidates based in the United States and Georgia. The start date for this position is October 2nd, with orientation and training commencing on October 7th. As a part-time Customer Care Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure seamless package delivery. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of package delivery, providing exceptional support and service
  • Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, fostering strong relationships and collaboration
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, using excellent problem-solving skills and judgment
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10 key)
  • The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution, with a strong customer-focused approach
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM, meeting our technical requirements
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check, ensuring a secure and trustworthy work environment
