The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk professional at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Account creation and management using ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Claims online portal registration and ticket processing
  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
  • Managing a minimum of 10 tickets per day and contributing to the reduction of backlog
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless delivery of support services
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Work Schedule and Training

The position schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm. The initial three weeks of the assignment will involve comprehensive training, which will take place daily at 6am. This training will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role and deliver exceptional support to our clients.

Required Skills and Experience

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in account creation and management
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and IT help desk support
  • Healthcare experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its requirements
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

While not essential, experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk would be highly advantageous in this role. If you have a strong background in these systems, you will be well-equipped to hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to our team.
