We’re looking for a high-quality Manual QA Engineer — someone who can uncover issues others might overlook and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for testing complex areas of our application that involve advanced logic and mathematical calculations. What you'll do:

  • Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive manual test strategies and test cases for complex features.
  • Perform deep functional validation of application components with heavy mathematical or logical processes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects with precision and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to understand feature requirements and edge cases.
  • Conduct regression testing and verify bug fixes to maintain product stability.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve testing coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.

What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in manual QA testing (preferably in complex or data-heavy applications).
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to think beyond typical test cases.
  • Experience creating and maintaining structured test plans and documentation.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of mathematical or algorithmic systems is a strong plus.
