Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved, exceeding their expectations, and building long-term relationships.
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments, ensuring that critical concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues, helping us to continually improve our products and services.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information, assess customer needs, and provide creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Technical skills, with the ability to use various software applications, including chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or chat support environment.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate with other team members, share knowledge, and support one another.
