We are looking for a seasoned and effective lead program manager who has high capacity to drive, set up, manage, and execute on multiple highly dynamic and complex programs. This lead program manager will focus on managing Adult Content programs within the Trust & Safety’s Strategy & Operations team - however will likely take on other priority areas based on business need. Key Responsibilities/What you’ll do:

• Lead Program & Project Delivery: Own end-to-end execution of high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives within Adult Content and related program areas. Define objectives, manage timelines, unblock issues, and drive measurable results.
• Operational Partnership: Collaborate regularly with Work Force Management, Vendor Management, Operations, Product, Engineering, and leadership to ensure program goals, hand-offs, and dependencies are clearly understood and met.
• Drive Ad-hoc Initiatives: Take ownership of new and complex projects in response to evolving Trust & Safety priorities. Automate and streamline work to enable flexibility and rapid scaling as business needs shift.
• Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Build and maintain clear, actionable process documentation. Investigate performance gaps, recommend solutions, and help implement corrective actions to enhance outcomes.
• Executive Communications: Provide concise, executive-ready updates on program progress, risks, and operational highlights. Deliver clear, action-oriented communications in meetings and status reports.
• Agility & Problem Solving: Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to resolving escalations, workflow barriers, and unexpected challenges—quickly identifying solutions to keep programs running smoothly.
• Champion Efficiency: Identify and implement workflow improvements and operational best practices to maximize impact and efficiency across your program portfolio.

Qualifications/What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in program management and operations management - preferred if in Trust & Safety content moderation or a related field.
• Track record of driving impact and positive leadership and stakeholder relationship engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with thoughtful data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborative communication skills, attention to detail, thoughtful consensus building, receptive to feedback.
• Plus if talent have experience with Trust & Safety operations, workflows, capacity planning, and labeling.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per half, and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
