Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with customers via chat and encouraging them to place orders for our innovative secondhand shipping containers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and understanding their needs
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Collaborate with mentors and peers in our Q&A group to achieve sales goals
