Responsibilities
As an Apple Remote Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to ensure a seamless experience with Apple products and services
- Educating customers on Apple products and services, including features, benefits, and best practices
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Staying up-to-date on Apple products and services, including new releases and updates
- Providing feedback to improve customer experience and contribute to the development of our customer service processes

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex technical issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of Apple products and services, including iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
