About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Spanish Speaker, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls

  • Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish – communication level

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate

  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
