As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, your day will be filled with opportunities to make a real difference in people's lives. Here are just a few examples of what you might be doing:

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee (we're committed to hiring locally and supporting the communities we serve)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (we're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork)
  • Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for helping others and creating positive experiences
