Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and chat
- Entering data accurately and efficiently into various software and web-based applications
- Supporting our internal Account Management teams with data entry and administrative tasks
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
- Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a remote or customer-facing environment
- Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
