Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Associate to join our team in a flexible work arrangement. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and financial professionals, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and financial professionals who need assistance with our procedures
  • Building relationships by listening, paraphrasing, and problem-solving
  • Providing clear and concise information to customers and financial professionals
  • Managing a diverse clientele with empathy and professionalism
  • Emphasizing attendance and punctuality, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics
  • Supporting basic website registration and navigation
  • Researching required information using available resources
  • Following up with customers and financial professionals to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Responding to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Work Arrangement

This is a flexible work arrangement position, with the option to work remotely or from our office in Golden Valley, MN. Employees who live within a 50-mile radius of our office will be required to come into the office at least 3 days a week.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $47,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
