Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting customers with orders and resolving post-sales issues from the comfort of your own home. You will communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with orders and resolve post-sales issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
