What You'll Do

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers through our chat platform to answer their questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with providing discount codes, addressing product queries, or resolving delivery issues
• Providing comprehensive and efficient support to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Participating in comprehensive and efficient training to prepare you for success in this role
