Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering legendary service to our customers by processing their orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. You'll be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. You'll build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understand their needs, and recommend blithequark's best solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.

  • Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend blithequark's best solutions.
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!

Compensation and Perks

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $24-$28 per hour, with a $2 shift differential. You'll also be eligible for multiple bonus programs, paid holidays, and generous paid time off.
