Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and empowering.

  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and helpful support to our clients.
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that all interactions are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, think critically, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring that you remain up-to-date with the latest products, services, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology, including CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with a functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
