Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, while working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duties will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and resolve their queries
  • Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
  • Quality control to ensure that our services meet the highest standards
  • Leadership development to enhance your skills and advance your career

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Set appointments and schedule presentations with clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure that our services meet the highest standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance your knowledge and skills

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships
  • An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results
  • The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • The ability to maintain good customer relations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Strong team player skills to collaborate with colleagues and achieve team goals
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
