About the Role

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our customers in their journey. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Your goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to our brand
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring eligibility to proceed through training and certifications

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera
  • Commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet and a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet)
  • Not be using mobile internet service providers, satellite, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders

Essential Qualifications

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience is preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
