Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our clients and members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and members
  • Setting appointments and conducting presentations to promote our benefits packages
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check prior to starting employment
  • High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not required
  • Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
