About the Role

As a Remote Chat Support Associate at blithequark, you'll interact with customers through our secure chat system to resolve issues related to prescriptions, benefits, billing, accounts, and general product support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to customers via blithequark's chat platform
  • Answer inquiries about prescriptions, benefits, store services, and more
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism

  • Maintain HIPAA and blithequark policies during all communications
  • Log interactions clearly and follow up where necessary

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written communication and typing speed (40+ WPM)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
  • No prior healthcare experience required—training is included
