As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their dreams of starting a family. You'll work closely with patients, physicians, and our team to coordinate fertility plans and medications, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring process efficiency by working with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications
- Owning the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
- Paying attention to detail by accurately obtaining and entering patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information
- Escalating complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- If residing in AZ – a valid CPhT license
- If residing in MA – a valid MA Tech license (Preferred CPhT)
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
- Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts
Work Environment
As a remote or onsite employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or our office in Massachusetts. Our remote work setup requires a reliable internet connection, which must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
