Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Data Management and Operations

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our data management processes. You will be responsible for inputting and managing vital information in our databases and systems, verifying the accuracy of data, and making necessary corrections to ensure data integrity. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting data from various sources, including but not limited to, customer information, shipment details, and financial data
  • Verifying the accuracy of information and making necessary corrections to ensure data integrity
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files for easy retrieval
  • Generating and distributing regular reports on data metrics
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline data processes and resolve any discrepancies
  • Identifying and rectifying discrepancies in data entries
  • Assisting in training new team members on data entry protocols

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or related field is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related field

  • Familiarity with data management software and tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
