Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Clinical Research and Development team. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive innovation. Your expertise in data entry, analysis, and visualization will enable you to contribute to the development of new treatments, therapies, and medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources, including in-house information resources and authorized stages
- Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research studies and clinical trials
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes
- Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data lakes to support data analysis and visualization
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns in large datasets
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, and visualization
- Strong understanding of statistical testing methods, including regression, classification, and clustering
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and insights to stakeholders
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry setting is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, biostatistics, or a related field
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and health information technology (HIT) systems
- Familiarity with clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
- Experience working with regulatory requirements, such as GCP, ISO, MDD/MDR, and CFR
- Experience with exploratory data analysis, Bayesian modeling, and computational statistics
Skills and Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and insights to stakeholders
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations
- Strong understanding of statistical testing methods, including regression, classification, and clustering
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity
