Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
  • Manage responsibilities for a warehouse location, including opening and closing site
  • Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receive truck deliveries and ensure accurate and efficient processing

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English. You should be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Essential qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
  • Proficiency in using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
