The Role

As a Customer Experience Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. You will also be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Documenting call-related information accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining and updating customer information to ensure seamless interactions
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, phone systems, and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
