Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in attracting and retaining customers by providing exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
* Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences

- Perform designated opening and closing procedures, including offering assistance to other team members as requested

Qualifications:
