Our Products

We offer two primary products: 1. Atrato Pago: A financing solution that enables our affiliated merchants to offer products and services on a monthly or bi-weekly payment plan for up to 24 months, with loan amounts reaching up to 200,000 MXN. 2. Atrato Cash: A personal credit product that allows our clients to access a loan of up to 200,000 MXN once they've paid a portion of their initial loan. This process is straightforward, and clients can receive the loan with just a few clicks.

The Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients and merchants, providing exceptional support and solutions to their inquiries and requests. You'll work closely with our internal teams to find the best solutions and experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide immediate support to client inquiries via written channels (chat, email, web widget, or phone calls): + General questions about blithequark + How to create a request + Cancelations, and other topics

  • Offer immediate support to internal team-generated requests via company communication channels
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy in resolving client issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find the best solutions and experiences for our clients

What We're Looking For:

* 8+ months of experience in customer support, handling various written and phone communication channels

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Impeccable grammar, spelling, and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to our company tone
  • A highly motivated individual who thrives in a team environment
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple problems and communicate concisely
