Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently converting paper-based records into digital formats. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Copy-pasting data from paper records into digital spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Filling out digital forms and ensuring accuracy
  • Populating spreadsheets with data from provided materials (PDFs, Google Docs, or spreadsheets)
  • Meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise

Essential Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
