Responsibilities
As a Customer Resolutions Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Researching and responding to escalated customer inquiries via phone, email, and written communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Interacting with customers to provide acknowledgment and status updates on inquiries, maintaining open and transparent communication.
- Troubleshooting customer issues to provide effective resolutions, identifying and addressing root causes to prevent future issues.
- Identifying emerging trends in customer complaints and notifying leadership to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Providing written and verbal responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that all interactions are clear, concise, and professional.
- Managing an inventory of assigned cases while maintaining compliance with critical deadlines, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintaining logs, records, and files related to customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Assisting with customer setup, onboarding, and installations as needed, providing a seamless and efficient experience.
- Ordering and installing necessary equipment to meet customer needs, ensuring that all solutions are tailored to individual requirements.

Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Resolutions Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5+ years of related experience in a customer-facing role.
- Prior experience supporting customer escalations and written interactions in a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
