Key Responsibilities

As our Vice President of Processing Optimization and Customer Success, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience in marketing, corporate accounts, system project management, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in optimizing operations performance, with a focus on sterile processing and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Ability to travel nationwide and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
