Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Logistics Operations Support at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, retrieving, and maintaining information in our databases, supporting various departments to facilitate seamless business operations. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data processing, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and guidelines

  • Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Update existing data, making necessary changes and corrections as required
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss
  • Generate reports and respond to inquiries or requests for information, providing clear and concise answers

Required Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
