Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various systems, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. You will work independently, staying focused and delivering high-quality results. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases

  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
  • Retrieve, sort, and organize documents for data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Assist with generating basic reports as required
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors regarding errors or inconsistencies
  • Meet daily or weekly data entry quotas and project deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)

  • Proven data entry experience or similar clerical role is a plus
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM recommended)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Familiarity with data management software or CRM platforms is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
