Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Manage phone systems to assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
