Compensation: $45–$100/hour
Location: Remote or in-person (Palo Alto, CA)
Commitment: 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated outputs in healthcare and administration using proprietary software.
- Deliver curated, high-quality data for projects involving patient care coordination, billing, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and improve annotation tools and task structures.
- Support the development and training of new AI systems through expert feedback and analysis.
- Analyze complex administrative and healthcare problems to improve AI model accuracy.
- Interpret and execute evolving task instructions with precision, consistency, and adaptability.
- Professional experience in healthcare administration or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions with limited data.
- Deep interest in innovation and technological progress within healthcare operations.
- Relevant certification such as Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM).
- Experience mentoring or training others in healthcare administration.
- Familiarity with AI model training or data annotation workflows.
- Comfort participating in text, audio, or video-based data collection.
