About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A secure, quiet, and dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions and interruptions
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and focus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
