Position Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via email, phone, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, and your role will be to ensure that their travel experiences are smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot common client issues, escalate complex matters as needed, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplier systems, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
