Your Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping clients understand their benefits and coverage options, answering questions via phone, email, and Zoom, guiding customers through claims and policy updates, and hosting virtual consultations with new and existing clients. Essential Qualifications
