Job Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients through Zoom virtual calls
• Building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their needs and concerns
• Effectively communicating with clients to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Meeting sales and performance targets through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients
