Job Summary and Qualifications The Virtual Telemetry Technician (TT) participates in high-quality, patient-centered care by continuously observing and monitoring cardiac rhythms and other vital signs from a centralized monitoring location, assuring a safe patient care environment.  Essential Job Functions: Â
- You will notify the primary RN or charge RN when patient parameters and waveforms are outside of established parameters in accordance with division policy. Â
- You will interpret cardiac rhythms, heart rate, and arrhythmias and communicate abnormalities to nurses and physicians. Â
- You will create clear, accurate documentation on patient status and activity during the shift. Â
- You will demonstrate and respect patient rights to privacy and protection of patient confidentiality. Â
Requirements:Â Â Must live or be willing to relocate to Denver. This is an on-site job.Â
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Â
- High school diploma/GED required. Â
- Successful completion of a Basic ECG/Arrythmia course preferred. Â
- Minimum of at least six months of experience in an acute clinical setting preferred. Â
- Demonstrates good organizational skills. Â
- Provides safe and appropriate patient care within the Values & Standards. Â
- Demonstrated ability to interpret cardiac Â
