Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the voice of our brand, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the go-to expert for all things related to our products and services, providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, often in a single call or interaction
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems or similar
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
