Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in Denver, IA, on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer challenges and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Knowledge of inventory management and technical support principles, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Compensation and Perks
